All electronic devices at Dhi Al-Ulya Information Technology Company are guaranteed for two years by the agent.
Accessories and attachments may be for a period of one year by the agent or the Supreme Dhi Information Technology Company in the event that there is no agent for the product in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Business-class electronic devices are guaranteed for one, two or three years by the agent.
The warranty for the included accessories is stated in the product warranty manual or is one year if the information is not in the warranty manual.
Devices assembled by the customer (gaming devices) are only covered by the warranty on the internal parts by the agent or by Dha Al-Ulya Information Technology Company, and attempts to repair them by unauthorized parties are excluded from the warranty service.
The product warranty and manufacturing quality are provided by the agent and are subject to the manufacturer’s policies as stated in the product’s warranty manual or the manufacturer’s website. To obtain warranty and maintenance services, the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Warranty and maintenance services provided by the agent are not the responsibility of Dha Al-Ulya Information Technology Company. This includes the availability of spare parts, repair time, and quality of service. The customer must contact the agent directly.
The shelf life of each product varies and the customer should refer to the product manual or contact the dealer for details.
The customer has the right to go to the warranty service provider to obtain the services directly, bringing the original invoice.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of spare parts free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean replacing the product or returning its value. The warranty service excludes malfunctions resulting from:
Misuse of the product or failure to comply with the instructions for use in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.
Breakage, impact, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, humidity, or high temperatures.
Repair attempts or maintenance operations by parties not authorized by the agent or the use of spare parts not approved by the Specifications and Standards Authority.
Scan operating system files, hard disk partitions, or malfunctions caused by viruses.
The warranty service provider is not responsible for the loss of any software pre-installed on the device.
In the event that any internal defect or damage is discovered in the device that was not reported at the time of delivery, the warranty service provider is not considered responsible for it.
The warranty service provider is not responsible for returning additions or modifications made to the device, such as screen stickers or the outer frame, in the event that the part connected to the modification is replaced or in the event that the device is replaced during the maintenance process.
The full responsibility towards the customer remains with the warranty service provider, and Dha Al-Ulya Information Technology Company is not responsible for the quality of the warranty service provided, the time required for repair by the warranty service provider, the repair costs, and the availability of spare parts.
The period required to obtain data or approval from the customer is not included in the repair time and includes:
Get a secret number or password to unlock the device.
Payment of repair related fees (if any).
Obtaining customer approval to take a specific action such as ordering a part for an out-of-warranty repair.
The time it takes for a customer to bring in accessories that need to be inspected, such as an adapter, battery, or charger cord.
Dhi Al-Ulya Information Technology Company provides a service to transport the customer’s device for a fee of 69 riyals to and from remote areas where warranty services are not available, without any responsibility on Dhi Al-Ulya Information Technology Company. The application of all general provisions of the warranty is the responsibility of the service provider, and the customer will be provided with a receipt for the device after receiving it from the warranty service provider.
Any devices not received by the customer within three months of the customer being notified of the possibility of receiving the device from the warranty service provider or Dhi Al-Ulya Information Technology Company will be disposed of.
